My son picked up this Tangerine iBook G3/300 for me from his college. It had a cracked screen which we replaced with one from ebay. It has had the memory boosted to 544 MB of RAM. We installed an AirPort card and a larger hard drive, increasing it from 3 GB to 15 GB. Small for today's standards, but enough to give it some room to run OS X. It also has an Airport card, and runs Firefox 2.
The battery no longer holds a charge, but it works fine with the power supply.
