“Miss Ellen Cumberledge, 81, of Waynesburg, RD 2, formerly of Holbrook Star Route, died at 12:15 A.M. Wednesday, February 27, 1952, in the Curry Memorial Home.
Miss Cumberledge was born October 29, 1870, at Brave. She was a daughter of A. J. and Martha Jane Grim Cumberledge. She was the last of a family of six. She spent most of her life in Wayne and Jackson township, and was a member of Kent’s Chapel Methodist Church, at Brave.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews, also Mrs. Nancy Cumberledge, the last surviving sister-in-law.

Friends of Miss Ellen Cumberledge, of Waynesburg, RD 2, who died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 1952, will be received in the Scott Funeral Home, at Rogersville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, March 1, 1952, in the Pine Band Methodist Church, in charge of Rev. Ellsworth D. Crispens.
Burial in Pine Bank Cemetery.”97
