The photograph was passed from Melvena Bertha (Staggers) (Leasure) Clark [1920-2005] to her daughter Donna Lee (Leasure) (Smith) (Hamilton) Kennedy to her daughter Donna Darlene (Leasure) Buchanan to her daughter Candice Lynn Buchanan who owned and shared the photograph with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Photo Archives Project in 2008. The Staggers-Rush Series is a part of the Candice Lynn Buchanan Collection.
