Albert Loscar, 76, of Portland, Ohio, passed away March 27, 2015, at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens, Ohio.
He was born Oct. 2, 1938, in Davis, W.Va., son of the late John Joseph and Olive Marie Wiles Loscar.
He is survived by his wife, Patti Loscar; three daughters, Teresa (Terry) Wilkinson, Jackie Hendricks and Cheryl Triplett; two sons, Tim (Crystal) Loscar and Tony (Eloise) Loscar; three sisters, Emaline Monroe, Freda Buchanan and Eleanor Kirk; one god-child, Kathy Loscar-Watson; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin sister, Alberta; and three brothers, John, Leo and Glen; and one sister, Vaughna Bohon.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2015, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, Ohio. Burial will be in Stewart Cemetery, Hockingport, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from noon until time of service.
