“Ingersoll, Nelson A.
age 95 of 16 East Ave., Wellsboro, PA died Tuesday, November 1, 1994 at his home. He married Helen B. Grimm on November 22, 1921, they hadlived in Wellsville, NY for 32 years and for the last 15 years in Wellsboro, PA. He was born April 13, 1899 in Dallas, WV the son of the late Joseph & Octavia Ingersoll. He was a retired employee of Consolidated Gas with 40 years of service. He was a member of the Christian Temple Church, Wellsville, NY and the Westfield Lodge #477 F. & A.M. Westfield, PA and the Coudersport Consistory, Coudersport, PA. Surviving other than his wife of 72 years are a Daughter and Son-in-law: Betty & Foster West, Wellsboro, PA; Sister: Mary Tennat, Richeyville, PA; Grandchildren: Susan DeSanto, Williamsport, PA, Jacquelyne West, F. Craig West, James N. West and CYnthia Carr all of Wellsboro, PA; 8 Great-Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews. Friends may call at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main st., Wellsboro, PA on Thursday, November 3, 1994 from 1:00-2:00 PM the Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Eugene A. Charsky Chaplain of the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA Officiating. Burial in the Wellsboro Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA. Family will provide the flowers.”179
