“Charles W. Geho
Retired National City Band manager
Charles W. Geho, 65, of Park Avenue, Washington, died Friday, June 30, 2000, in Washington Hospital.
He was born May 14, 1935, in Pittsburgh, a son of Charles L. and Goldie Grim Geho.
Mr. Geho grew up in New Freeport and was a 1953 graduate of Waynesburg High School and a graduate of Penn Commercial.
He was employed as manager at National City Bank, retiring in January 1998.
Mr. Geho served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves
He was a member of Greater Canonsburg Lions Club, Greater Canonsburg Industrial Development, BPOE 776, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 22, North Franklin Volunteer Fire Department and Covered Bridge Antique Car Club, both for which he served as treasurer.
On June 21, 1971, [he] married Linda Childs, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Charles Brian Geho at home.”501
