This lineage is in dispute. Donald Wolcott says Rhiryd ap Iorwerth ap Rhiryd’s wife is unknown. If he is correct, and has the approximate year of birth, then Rhiryd could not have married Tibet DePulford in 1240.

However, Cook in Ancestry of Dr. Thomas Wynne says that Rhiryd ap Iorwerth married Tibet, daughter of Robert de Pulford. However, he also names him Rhiryd ap Iorwerth ap Madog, not Rhiryd ap Iorwerth ap Rhiryd as does Wolcott.
