“Erin L. Bookhardt, 72, of Hiller, PA, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 in Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born March 23, 1942 in Orlando, FL, the son of Herbert Clayton and Mable (Acklin) Bookhardt. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Erin was a member of the United States Army serving as a radio operator. He was very active in his church, Landmark Baptist in Waynesburg, PA.
He will be sadly missed by his six children Trevor Bookhardt and fiance Loida Logico, East Millsboro PA, Joel Bookhardt and wife Terri, Intercourse, PA, Shane Bookhardt and wife Tracey, East Earl, PA, Mandie Huweart, Hiller, PA, Mollie Ealy and husband Larry, Claksville, PA and Erika Bookhardt, Carmichaels, PA; eight grandchildren, Destiny, Vicky, Brooke, Devon, Shana, Michael, Seth and Caleb and four great grandchildren.
Professional services and arrangements were handled by NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, PA.”
