The name Sallie comes from Cecil Horner’s death record. Death record of Mary R. Poynter names her mother Mary Elizabeth Delaney, not Sarah.

Last Will and Testament of Sarah Horner Deceased:

I, Sarah Horner being sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this as my Last Will and testament, this 15th, day of June 1898.

I will and bequeath and demise all my property both real and personal to Sarada Lock, Leander Horner, C. C. Horner, Mary R. Poynter, Marcellus A. Horner and John W. Horner being my children and heirs at law.

All my poperty to-wit:
Nine acres of land in McKim District Pleasants County, to be equally divided among these several persons named and my personal property and household goods to be divided equally between the several persons named, and any rental or other moneys received therefrom to be equally divided among the above named persons share and share alike.

Except that to John F. Horner my Grand son I will and bequeath one Cow, M. B. Locke to have one large glass dish.
