William Graham Hoge,age 76 years,a well known citizen of Center township, died at his home in Holbrook,Thursday morning,September 22, following a week's illness due to heart trouble. Mr. Hoge was a son of William & Mary Ann Graham Hoge, deceased, and was born at Holbrook, July 28, 1856, where he resided all his life. He was a sucessful farmer & stock raiser.
Mr Hoge was twice married. In 1878 he was united in marriage with Miss Mary A. Moore. She died leaving two children J. Frank Hoge of Holbrook, and Mrs Orpha Grim of Deep Valley. In 1885 Mr Hoge married Miss Alice Ornduff, of Winchester, Va. She is now deceased. The following children by this union survive: Mrs. Annie Hughes of Aleppo; Lue A. Hoge of Waynesburg; Mrs Wilma McCollum, of Nineveh; Mrs Hazel West, of Rogersville; Clifton & Howard Hoge and Mrs. Leona Fordyce, all of Holbrook. The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon,at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev Larue Brown, of Rogerville. Interment in Rosemont cemetary
