Irvin S. Campbell served in the US Navy during the Korean War. After his discharge he was employed by Metro Glass, Inc., and as a truck driver for Country Belle Dairies. he was an avid hunter of deer and small game. In 1970 he was partially paralyzed in a truck accident, while driving for Country Belle Dairies. He lost the use of his legs for a time, but was able, in time, to walk again with a cane.261
