“Grimm, James Howard, 59, of 152 E. Charles St. Sistersville, died in St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg, Sunday at 7 A.M. He was born in Sistersville, Jan. 23, 1904, the son of Andrew Jackson and Myrtle Craven Grimm. He was employed by the Hope Natural Gas Co. for 25 years. He was a member of the Nazarene Church of Sistersville and the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are his wife, Bertha Mae Boyd Grimm; two sons, Robert L. and Richard W. both of Sistersville, three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Della Light and Mrs. Minnie Light, both of Sistersville; one brother, Robert (Doc) Grimm of Sistersville. Friends will be received at the Campbell-Frame Funeral Home after 7 P.M. Monday where services will be held Wednesday at 2 P.M. with the Rev. Bertram Grant in charge. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Sistersville.”
