Randel D. Pointer, 68, of Frametown, WV passed away on Monday, December 17, 2007 at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Calhoun County, WV a son of the late Denzel and Belva Starcher Pointer.
He was a US Air Force Veteran and retired from Goodyear Aerospace Corp in Akron, OH.He is preceded in death by his parents and step-son, Wesley Allen Burkett.
He is survived by his wife, Angeline Cornwell Pointer of Frametown; son, George L. Pointer of Akron, OH; step-son, Michael Burkett of Parkersburg, WV; daughters, Tawney Pointer and Kimberly Harbert both of Akron, OH; step-daughter, Debra M. Burkett of Atlanta, GA; brother, Lester Pointer of Akron, OH.
A celebration of his life was held on Sunday, December 23, 2007 at New Life Chapel in Frametown, WV.Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home in Flatwoods is serving the Pointer Family.
