Virginia Pauline Lough, 88, of Laurel Run, Fairview, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday (Dec. 21, 2011) with her family by her side.
Pauline was born March 11, 1923, in Fairview, the eldest daughter of the late Samuel Thomas and Ellen Marie Brewer Lough.
Pauline was the oldest of 11 children and is survived by three sisters, Lois Lough and Edna Toothman of Fairview and Rose Harris and her husband Charles of Waynesburg, Pa.; five brothers, Leroy Lough, Harold Lough and his wife Barb of Fairview, Bernell Lough and his wife Mary of Grafton, Eugene Lough and his wife Lou of Hagans, and Jesse Lough and his wife Phyllis of Alabama.
In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil and Delmar Lough, and a brother-in-law, Jim Toothman.
Pauline will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She never knew a stranger and was loved by all who was blessed to know her.
Friends and family may call at Domico Funeral Home Curry Chapel, 100 Grant St. in Fairview, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Evangelist Peter Ray Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
