June Hartzell Lough, born Dec. 22, 1927, in Morgantown, went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2004, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lester C. Lough, and her parents, Russell B. and Ruth Ridgeway Hartzell.

Survivors include her son, William J. "Billy" Lough and his wife, Tammy, and daughter, Leslie Jeannine Lough, all of Morgantown; her sister, Kathryn Moore of Uniontown, Pa.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, including one very special niece, Patricia Shafer, of St. Albans.

Mrs. Lough has donated her body to the Human Gift Registry program at West Virginia Univerity Hospitals. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at a later date.
