Betty A. Douglas, 91, passed away peacefully with her husband holding her hand on October 20, 2018. She was born July 17, 1927 in Hubard, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Eddie and Annemay Locke.
Betty will always be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved her family. She was the sweetest lady. Everyone will remember her amazing pies.
She was preceded in death by her stepson, Alfred Douglas Jr. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Alfred E. Douglas; daughter, Sandra (Scott) Smith; step daughter, Elizabeth (Robert) Burza; daughter, Barbara (Chris) Chapman; son, Dale (Denise) Douglas; son, Jeff (Chris) Douglas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home, (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 12 p.m. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
