Gladys June Parkinson, 32 years, of Washington, died Monday, April 23, 1962, enroute to Washington Hospital. She had been seriously ill two weeks. She was born June 3, 1929, in Greene County, and had spent most of her life in the Waynesburg area. Surviving are her mother, Belle Kiger; her step-father, Grover C. Kiger of Waynesburg R.D. 4, and her grandfather, Harvey James Parkinson, with whom she had lived most of her life. Also surviving are three brothers, and three sisters.
