Jesse Darnell, 56, 154 Sunset Drive, Ithaca, N.Y., died Thursday at Ithaca after a lingering illness. He was purchasing manager for the Ithaca Gun Company, and a member of Loyalty Lodge No. 645 of Free and Accepted Masons at Akron.
Survivors include his widow, Alice Davis Darnell of Ithaca, two daughters, Mrs. Margaret K. Lewis of Richmond, ind., and Mrs. Joyce Triscari of Syracuse, N.Y., and five grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Darnell were held Saturday at the Barnes Funeral Home in Eaton with Rev. Lowell Spencer officiating. Burial was in Mound Hill Union Cemetery at Eaton.
