William "Bill" A. Baker, II, 82, of New Martinsville, WV died Monday, March 19, 2018 while at Genesis New Martinsville.

Bill was born July 5, 1935 in Middlebourne, WV., son of the late William and Jest (Owens) Baker.

He was a retired crane operator for the former Or met Corp., a U.S. Army Reserve, lived to go fishing, hunting, camping and going to flea markets and member of the Church of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Linn Baker.

Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Wilma Baker; two sons, Ronald Baker of Liquid Ranch, FL and William "Billy" (Vickie Cunningham) Baker, III of Dansville, WV; daughter, Tania (Todd) Cecil of New Martinsville, WV; brother, James (Kay) Baker of Cabot, AK; eight grandchildren, Stacey, Brandon, Michael, Mandy, BJ, Brittany, Evan, and Halley; nine great-grandchildren, Sydney, Chase, Jackie, Harley, Makenna, Michael, Lydia, Ian, and Nathan; two great great grandchildren, Kynlee and Rayli and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At Bill's request, private services will be held for the family.

Internment in Green lawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.
