Myrtle M. Gillogly, 85, formerly of Holbrook, died at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 1961, in the home of Harold Raymer at West Finley R.D. 2, after a lingering illness.
She was born Aug. 12, 1879, in Jackson Twp. to the late William and Margaret Grimes Milligan. She resided in Jackson Twp. all her life and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. Her husband, A. Perry Gillogly, died September 1, 1958.
Surviving are one step-son, Andrew J. Gillogly of Holbrook R.D. 1; a sister, Mrs. Belle Garber of Waynesburg; a half-brother, H. Ray Milligan of Washington and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.”218 179
