“Stacy P. Staggers
U.S. Army vet was All-Clad Metalcrafters employee
Stacy P. Staggers, 49, of Waynesburg, died Thursday, April 5, 2007, in Washington Hospital.
He was born December 9, 1957, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Donald L. and Florence A. Kerns Staggers.
Mr. Staggers was a laborer for All-Clad Metalcrafters Inc., Cecil Township, and worked on the riverboat for Tri-River and Consol Inc.
He served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm and Grenada.
Mr. Staggers was a member of Disabled American Veterans 123 of Waynesburg.
Surviving is his companion, Deborah Black Basinger, with whom he lived for 11 years; a stepson, Joshua Basinger of Kittanning; a brother, David Staggers of Jefferson; two nephews, Michael Staggers and Christopher Staggers; and a niece, Amanda Staggers.
Deceased is a sister, Vicki Rae Staggers.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, the hour of services, in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, with Pastor Jeffrey W. Hughes officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson. Military rites will be accorded by American Legion Post 330, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4793 and Disabled American Veterans Post 123, all of Waynesburg.”
