William’s obituary says he was buried at Greene County Memorial Park, but Lloyd Roupe gives the place of burial as Centennial Cemetery, as does Dorothy Hennen’s book.1498,170 Findagrave shows him buried in Centennial Cemetery. Theree is another William Thomas Staggers buried in Rosemont Cemetery, but he has different dates.

Obituary:
“William T. Staggers, 85, of Waynesburg, RD 2, formerly of Aleppo, died at 12:04 P.M. Thursday, April 1, 1971, at his residence following a lingering illness.
A son of John and Margaret Smith Staggers, he was born June 10, 1885, at Aleppo. He never married.
Mr. Staggers spent all of his life in the Aleppo area until 1965, when he moved to Waynesburg.
Surviving are one niece and several cousins.
A brother and a sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Saturday with burial in Greene County Memorial Park.”1499
