“Marguerite A. Herbst Crawford, 75 of Belgrade died Oct. 8 at Camelot Manor Nursing Home. She was born Oct. 21, 1917 in Doe Run to the late Ernest Herbst and Josephine Wichman Herbst. She was preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Bessie Lorraine Herbst; one brother in infancy, Marvin Edgar Herbst.
Mrs. Crawford was a member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Farmington.
She is survived by her husband, Howard P. Crawford of Belgrade; two daughters: Glenda Siela of Remington, Ind., Georgia Horn of St. Louis; one sister, Leona Herbst of Farmington; two brothers: Clarence Herbst of Farmington, Arvel Herbst of Ste. Genevieve; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today at 7 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Service in Farmington. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Merlen Wegener officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemtery in Farmington. Memorials may be made to the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Farmington.”1298
