“Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Kelley of Grindstone received the best wishes of their friends and relatives on Thursday, Jan. 25, the occasion being their 25th wedding anniversary. They are the parents of a son, Eugene Paul, at home; eight daughters, Mrs. Roberta Scott, Columbus, Ohio; Ivan Lou, Evelyn Jean, Brenda Louise, Rosalie Ann, Theresa Marie, Bernadette Elaine, and Sharon Darice, all at home. The also have two grandchildren. Mrs. Kelley is the former Rose Sunny, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sunny of Playford Ave., North Side, Brownsville. Mr. Kelley is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Kelley of Grindstone.”

The Evening Standard (Uniontown, PA), February 1, 1963 reports the 26th anniversary of Eugene & Rose with almost the same wording. However, Ivan Lou is identified as Iva Lou, which is probably correct.
