9She applied for a delayed birth certificate on March 13, 1947. She reported her birthplace as Hebron, Pleasants Co., WV.
Her baptism certificate upon baptism into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints give birthplace as Pike, Ritchie Co., WV. However, that information was given in 1957.
Her death certificate, reported by daughter Doris, reports birthplace as Pike, WV.
Regarding birth places: Brush Run, Tyler County, and Hebron, Pleasants County, are only about a mile apart (as the crow flies). Pike is about 7 miles from Hebron and about 8 miles from Brush Run, again as the crow flies.
Marriage license was taken out and returned in Washington Co., OH. It does not give actual place of marriage.
In 1966 Orpha was living in Malvern, PA.

Orpha Elsa Hanlon Heinselman, 88, of Orem, died Wednesday, June 12, 1991, at her home in Orem.
She was born Jan. 12, 1903, in Pike, W.V., a daughter of Lewis and Maggie Grimm Hanlon. She married Alfred C. Heinselman Dec. 23, 1922, in Pike, W.V. He died in 1978.
She and her family moved to Utah in 1963.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served in various positions in the Relief Society and Sunday School.
Survivors include one son and one daughter, Alfred Darrell Heinselman, Broomall, Pa.; Doris Gross, Orem; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. in the Canyon View Stake Center, 575 E. 800 North, Orem. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Sundberg-Olpin Morturary, 496 S. State, Orem, and also Wednesday from 9:45 to 10: 45 a.m. at the stake center.
Burial will be in Orem CIty Cemetery.
