“McCutcheon
Madeline L. McCutcheon, 67, of 7 Pulaski Homes, New Brighton, died Thursday, June 15, 1978, in the Rochester Unit of the Medical Center of Beaver County, where she had been a patient three days.
Born July 12, 1910 in Rochester, daughter of the late Harvey E. and Mary Helen Reardon Grimm, she was a lifelong resident of the Beaver Valley, and formerly employed as a machine operator by Townsend’s Division of Textron, New Brighton.
Surviving are her husband, James McCutcheon; a son, Richard McKee, Shreveport, La.; three daughters, Mrs. Henry (Doris) Harper, Beaver Falls, Mrs. Virginia Roser, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Merle (Maxine) Barnett, New Brighton; a stepson, Lanny McCutcheon, Tijundga, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Kay VanSyckle, Decatur, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Earl (Myrtle) Wright, New Brighton; 14 grndchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Grimm, May 1978.
Friends will be received Saturday after 7 p.m. and all day Sunday in Campbell’s New Brighton, 1133 Penn Ave., where a service will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. by Rev. James A. Gahagen, pastor of Christ Evangelical Lutheran CHurch, Beaver Falls.
Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Township.”
