“Cleo Louise Miller BUCHANAN, 81 of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away Sunday January 8, 2006 in the East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio.

She was born June 9, 1924 in Shelby, Ohio a daughter of the late Edward Leroy and Dora Ann Cook Miller.

Cleo was a long time member of the former First Reformed Evangelical United Church of Christ, Bellaire, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher for 20 years, was a retired member of the Buckeye Rovers Campers Club, a member of the Swiss Saints Campers Club, served as a Girl Scout leader for 20 years, and enjoyed making numerous crafts and quilts.

Cleo is survived by her husband Rallo, whom she married on June 14, 1945; a son, Edward L. and his wife Carol of Larimore, North Dakota, two daughters, Sue A. Eastwood of Bridgeport, Ohio and Patricia K. Major and her husband Dwight of Paintsville, Kentucky, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.”
