Miss Sharyl Jane Locke died peacefully at the age of 69 at 10:44 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the Andover Village Retirement Community in Andover, where she resided.
A daughter of Irma Capehart Locke of Estero, FL and the late Bernard G. Locke, Sr., she was born in East Liverpool on January 21, 1946.
She had been baptized at the former First Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her mother, Sharyl is survived by two brothers: Bernard G. “Galen” Locke, Jr., and his wife, Nancy, of North Jackson, OH; and Kenneth Russell Locke and his wife, Ruth, of Niles. An infant brother, Richard Paul Locke, also preceded her in death.
Sharyl also leaves behind two nieces: Suzanne Locke (David), of Youngstown, and Victoria McFarland and her husband, John, of Austintown, OH, as well as a nephew, Eric Locke (Savannah), of Niles. There are two great-nieces, Cassandra and Kara, and a great-nephew, Branden.
Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
