Her parents were George Tedrow and Hannah Immel. Her name was Phoebe Ellen Davis Strope at the time of her death.
Some family trees on
Ancestry.com have another daughter for Lindsay Davis and Phoebe Tedrow, Rosetta Davis. She was not the daughter of Lindsay Davis. Her name was Rosetta Mackey, who married William Parry Moore. A note on
Findagrave.com says she was the daughter of Abe Mackey and Phoebe Tedrow.

Ancestry.com have another son, Calvin Harry Davis, apparently based on the 1900 Census above. However, if the birth date given in the census is correct, he was born 4 years after the death of Lindsay Davis, so he cannot be a son of Lindsay. The California Death Index gives his birth date as Marcy 14, 1894, but that is three years after the death of Lindsay Davis, hence Calvin was not a son of Lindsay’s. It’s possible his mother had a child by another man, but used the Davis surname for the baby.
