This bungalow was built in 1916 or 1917 by A. J. Beebe, a businessman in Fowlerville. It features a stone foundation, stone porch with stone columns, a bay window on the front under the porch and a gabled dormer facing the street. The home is currently under renovation by owners Christian and Donna Hartley.
