Charles S. Grim, 70, died Tuesday, January 10, 1956 at Mt. Washington. Born on November 14, 1886 in Delphene, the son of Lawrence Clark Grim and Emma Kuber [sic] Grim. Resided in Allegheny Co. since 1905. He was a streetcar operator and worked at a steel mill in Carnegie. he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Verna Stewart Grim whom he married in 1905; four daughters, Mrs. Goldie Davis of Heidelberg, Mrs. John Barthen and Mrs. Fred Gamrod of Carnegie, Mildred Grim at home; seven brothers and sisters, B. H. Grim of Worland, WY, Odest O. Grim of Sacramento, CA, Miss Debbie Grim of Holbrook, Homer R. Grim of Ft. Worth, TX, Jobe Grim of Waynesburg, Mrs. Bessie Amos of Cameron, WV, Lawrence B. Grim of Holbrook. Preceded in death by three children. Funeral Friday.”
