Obituary:
“Mrs. Emma Grim dies at age 82
Mrs. Emma F. Grim, 82, of 42 East Greene St., Waynesburg, died at 12:25 AM today in the Greene County Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Grim, a daughter of Abaram and Rebecca Kuhn, was born April 1, 1864 in Springhill Township, near Deep Valley. Most of her life was spent in Jackson Township and she was a member of the Bethel Chapel Church.
She was married to Lawrence Clark Grim, who died 43 years ago.
Surviving are eight children. Charles S., Carnegie; Benjamin H., Riverton, Wyo; Odest O. Grim, Sacramento, Calif.; Debbie L. Grim,Waynesburg; Lawrence B., Holbrook; Jobe, Waynesburg; Homer R., Toronto, Ohio and Mrs. Bessie Anderson, Carmichaels. There are 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.”
101Who was Bessie Anderson? She is not listed as one of Lawrence’s & Emma’s children. She is described as a half-sister to Debbie Grim in her obituary.
