Marie Grimm, 91, of the West Virginia Masonic Home in Parkersburg died Monday. Grimm was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and Mount Moriah OES No. 506.

She was born in Doddridge County, a daughter of the late Okey and Erma Hendershot Doak.

She is survived by three sons, Allie Grimm Jr. of Marietta, Russell Grimm of Oregon, and James Dwight Grimm of Parkersburg; two daughters, Mary McNerney-Hattman of Parkersburg and Margaret Starling of Quincy, FL; two sisters, Jean Hardin of Davisville and Lona Lama of Maryland; two brothers, Larry Doak of Vienna and Ralph Doak of Ohio; 28 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Allie Grimm, in 1986; two brothers and two sisters.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.542
