“Alice G. Rutan, aged 77 years, of Wind Ridge, RD 1, died at her residence. Though not in the best of health, death was unexpected.
Mrs. Rutan was born February 1, 1900 in Jackson Township, a daughter of the late George and Martha Courtwright Grim.
Surviving are a sister, Miss Frances Grim, with whom she made her home, and a brother, George Linley Grim of Beech Bottom, W. Va.
A son, Joel Rutan and two brothers, Lawrence and Edward Grim are deceased.”231
