Obituary:
“Nancy Anna Kinney, 78, formerly of Waynesburg, died at 3 P.M. Thursday, June 10, 1971, at the Fisher-Titus Hospital, Norwalk, Ohio, following an illness of two years. She was born Nov. 3, 1892, in Richhill Twp., a daughter of the late William Jasper and Emma Smith Chess. Her husband, William L. Kinney, died in 1928. The early part of her life was spent in Holbrook. For the past several years she had resided in Waynesburg. For the past eight months she had made her home with her sons in West Alexander and Norwalk, Ohio. When in Waynesburg she resided on Cherry Street.
Surviving are two sons, William, of West Alexander and J. Kenneth, of R. D. 1, Norwalk, Ohio; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Louie Kerns, of Wisconsin; Mrs. Mary Kerr, of Erie and mrs. Margaret Hughes Rush, of Waynesburg and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Washington Street United Methodist Church, the WSCH of the church and the Women’s Bible Class.
One daughter, Florence, two sisters and three brothers are deceased.

Friends of Mrs. Nancy Anna Kinney, formerly of Waynesburg, are being received from 2-9 P.M. Saturday, in the Mariner and Milliken Funeral Home, 197 North maiden Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Sunday, with Rev. Dean Hughes officiating. Burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
