Obituary:
“Edna Christina Eads, 81, of Bonne Terre died April 14 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She was born Aug. 8, 1913 in Farmington to the late Alfred and Minie Dietzler Burch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Paul “Joe” Eads; one brother, Wayne Burch.
She is survived by three sons: Ronald Eads of Crystal City, James Eads of Carlisle, Penn., and Robert Eads of Farmington; one sister, Ora Viola White of St. Louis; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Eads was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bonne Terre, Missionary Society of the church, Order Women’s Legislature, former State Representative in the Missouri House of Representative.
Visitation will be today at 4 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Bonne Tere. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Bonne Terre with the Rev. Sally Ketterer officating. Burial will be in the St. Francois Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church of Bonne Terre—for restoration of church windows.”
